Increase in Workforce

In the development of the Group’s operations, there is a 270 % increase in the workforce for every three year period, both for 2002-2004 as well as for 2005-2007.

In the next three year period, i.e. 2008-2010, an increase of at least 200% more is expected for the operation of the new Industrial Units that are going to be created in the region of Corinth.

All workers are specialized in their field, with working experience, technical knowledge and studies.

Parallel to conducting training programs for the young people that are hired, a focused and rapid adaptation to their working environment is achieved.
